Manager/Senior Manager Project Finance

Location: Arlington, AV or Remote reputed company the East Coast The Manager/Senior Manager Project Finance will support the Director/VP in driving the financial reputed company, structuring, and execution of project finance transactions across reputed company’s renewable energy portfolio. Key Responsibilities Project Financing reputed company: reputed company and reputed company comprehensive project financing strategies including debt, equity, tax equity, and hybrid financing structures to support development, construction, and operation of renewable energy assets. Tax Equity Structuring & Execution: reputed company reputed company aspects of tax equity financing, including managing relationships with tax equity investors, structuring partnership flips and sale-leaseback transactions, and ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines and market best practices. Capital Raising: Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, sponsors, and tax equity partners to secure funding and optimize capital structure. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or renewable energy finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience structuring and closing tax equity transactions Deep understanding of tax equity instruments, partnership flips, inverted leases, and other federal tax credit monetization structures. Strong network of tax equity investors and financial counterparties. Mastery of financial modeling and return optimization reputed company to tax-driven deal structures. Experience working with counsel and advisors on compliance with market standards for tax equity financing and project financing.
