Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships at reputed company merchants following the initial sales process
• Own net reputed company retention (NRR), gross retention, and account-level performance, ensuring B2B reputed company merchants successfully reputed company, adopt, and reputed company on the reputed company platform
• Drive merchant reputed company by identifying and executing expansion opportunities that increase transaction volume, user adoption, and overall reputed company reputed company

• Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing insights on performance, satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement

Skills

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients
