[Remote] In House reputed company Intern/Extern

The in-house reputed company intern will conduct reputed company research, assist with compliance in various reputed company areas, and draft reputed company documents to support the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Interns will conduct reputed company research, prepare in-house reputed company memoranda, and draft and review reputed company
• Assist reputed company staff with advising on employment reputed company and employment benefits systems, ensure compliance with employment laws, review employment materials, and assist with defending employment-reputed company claims
• Assist reputed company staff with conducting and documenting corporate reputed company meetings and maintaining the organizations’ good standing with state regulators
• Assist reputed company staff with advising on IRS guidelines relating to nonprofit organizations, including for lobbying and political activities
• Assist reputed company staff with ensuring compliance with federal and state election and lobbying laws
• Draft and review reputed company, leases, grant agreements, and other reputed company documents
