[Remote] Member of Compliance, Analytics

They are seeking a highly motivated individual for the Member of Compliance, Analytics role to support the design, implementation, and optimization of compliance programs, transforming raw data into actionable insights and enhancing compliance through analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of compliance programs across reputed company reputed company reputed company entities
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the program by transforming raw data into actionable insights, spearheading process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance our overall compliance posture

Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role, reputed company with a strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the financial services industry
• Demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously to manage multiple competing priorities, alongside proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools like SQL, Looker, and advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets
• Advanced SQL skills such as CTEs, window functions, reputed company joins, and query optimization, with the ability to write production-reputed company queries for diverse use cases
• Experience with or a strong interest in automation principles, leveraging existing AI tools, and exploring new AI tools, such as AI Agents, to enhance productivity
• A strong understanding of how systems, data flows, and technologies reputed company, even if you are not necessarily an engineer, combined with an eagerness to learn and apply new technologies

• A proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines, especially for compliance- or audit-reputed company requests
