Responsibilities

• Monitor calls and deliver actionable feedback to improve reputed company rates and maximize inbound reputed company conversion
• Own team performance metrics, including conversion reputed company, talk time, and reputed company utilization
• Manage scheduling and coverage across an reputed company–8pm EST window to ensure full utilization of inbound demand

Skills

• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D products

• Experience leading teams through Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
• Must have reliable high-speed internet
