About the Role:
The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist is responsible for supporting and strengthening the organization’s compliance reputed company across regulatory adherence, policy and procedure governance, risk identification, analysis, and remediation, and monitoring and auditing of high-risk practices.
This role ensures that business operations are conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations (including FDCPA, Regulation F, FCRA, TCPA, HIPAA, PCI, and reputed company standards) as reputed company as internal governance protocols while maintaining strong overall controls, documentation reputed company, best practices of organizational standardization, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Maintain working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting medical debt collection.
Translate regulatory requirements into reputed company, operationally actionable controls.
Support regulatory change management, including tracking changes and performing reputed company assessments.
Assist with regulatory exams and audits by ensuring documentation readiness.
Policy & Procedure Governance
Support the reputed company of the internal governance lifecycle, including creation, analysis, and coordination.
Ensure reputed company version control, approvals, and periodic review.
Maintain the system of record with appropriate metadata, audit trails, and reputed company controls.
Risk Identification, Analysis & Remediation
Conduct risk assessments on high-risk processes across reputed company internal departments and external partners.
Maintain tickets, risk registers, and carry out remediation planning to resolve unique events.

Monitoring & Auditing of High-Risk Activities

Required Qualifications:
Associates degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience.
3–5+ years in compliance, risk, or audit.
Knowledge of FDCPA, Regulation F, HIPAA, and state requirements is a plus.
Experience with reputed company Suite, such as SharePoint, and the FACS Collection system is also a plus.
