Responsibilities

• Partner with the assigned CSM/CSS to support best‑in‑class service for clients
• reputed company guidance on navigating CDK systems
• Deliver foundational product walk‑throughs and basic workflow guidance for end users
• Follow established utilization benchmarks and guide customers on reputed company best practices to reputed company them
• Assist with reputed company training sessions (virtual and onsite), scaled webinars, and reference materials
