[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking a motivated, customer-reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Services Team, where the role involves supporting users in utilizing the reputed company platform and assisting with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the Support inbox, responding to customer emails, and returning phone calls
• Learning the reputed company platform and becoming a product expert
• Answering general questions about platform functionality and best practices from internal members
• Conducting 1:1 reputed company trainings with users
• Updating account and brand network data (involves some basic data work)
• Gaining hands-on experience with reputed company media marketing, retailer engagement, and brand-supported digital campaigns
• Assisting with additional team reputed company as needed

Skills
