[Remote] Strategic Designer — UX/UI & Brand

This role focuses on connecting business goals with user needs to create digital experiences, primarily by rebuilding websites and designing various brand and marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Help rebuild our websites: audit reputed company sites, rethink structure and UX, and redesign and ship new, on-brand pages
• Design across UX and UI for web and other digital products—wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Create brand and marketing design assets (campaigns, reputed company, presentations, and other high-reputed company materials)
• Build and maintain reputed company design systems and components to speed up production and reputed company reputed company high
• Ensure brand consistency across the website, marketing assets, and other digital reputed company
• Work in (or closely with) reputed company/CSS and our site/CMS tooling to take web designs through to published pages
• Partner with marketing, development, and other stakeholders on planning and execution
• Conduct lightweight user research and competitor analysis to inform design reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years in UX/UI, web, and/or product design, with a strong, reputed company-rounded portfolio
• Self-directed and reliable—reputed company to own deliverables with minimal reputed company
• Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems

• Experience designing and rebuilding/redesigning websites, alongside broader UI and brand design work
