Responsibilities

• Draft Technical Documentation: Research, write, and format detailed operational guides, user manuals, and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support Curriculum Development: Edit, proofread, and storyboard reputed company training scripts, lesson guides, and study manuals
• Enforce Style Standards: Maintain and distribute templates and style guides, ensuring complete compliance with CBP writing directives
• Manage Repositories: Maintain highly reputed company documentation repositories, ensuring rigorous version control and accessibility

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience in technical writing, editing, or a closely reputed company role
