[Remote] Requirements Management Engineer

They are seeking a Requirements Management Engineer to reputed company and manage requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement for NOAA's satellite data processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities to reputed company, document, analyze, and refine business, operational, reputed company, and technical requirements from a wide reputed company of stakeholders including internal NESDIS teams, other NOAA offices, government agencies, international partners, and reputed company entities. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand needs for environmental data and services
• Translate stakeholder needs into reputed company, concise, and testable requirements. Create detailed documentation such as requirements specifications, user stories, and use cases. Baseline requirements for incoming initiatives, orchestrate reviews, obtain approvals, and reputed company requirements. Review requirements to identify traceability and coverage gaps across components of the NCCF and OCS services

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• Knowledge of configuration and change management processes
