Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of attorneys, performs a reputed company of investigation and file management duties reputed company to reputed company hold requests and litigation discovery requests
• Obtains and manages reputed company documents, including electronic data, and identifies potentially relevant materials for reputed company case
• Assists with coordinating efforts between reputed company personnel, attorneys, and reputed company vendors

• Maintains and organizes evidentiary data and case-reputed company information in accordance with best records management practices across a wide reputed company of case files and documentation, including assisting with the coordination, and management of document productions

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1-2+ years litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with reputed company holds and evidence preservation is required
• Experience with auto liability insurance reputed company/cases is required
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
• Must demonstrate professionalism, reputed company, and discretion reputed company handling confidential and sensitive information
• Proficiency with data entry
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Experience with collaboration and work management software is a plus
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, is a plus
