The role involves the technical development, configuration, and customization of the reputed company HRSD module to ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and implement solutions reputed company the reputed company HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module
• Working experience on HRSD reputed company reputed company work on HR Service, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration. Knowledge of business processes in scope (e.g. HR reputed company, payroll, procurement, etc.)
• Employee Center, Virtual Agent, reputed company, Case Management
• Document reputed company, reputed company acceleration, reputed company integrations, Manager Hub, reputed company module, and Lifecycle events

Skills

• Previous experience on HRSD reputed company reputed company work on configuring reputed company HR Services, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports & Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration
• Integration with reputed company, SuccessFactors, Reporting tools like Power BI, etc
• Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro
• Experience with reputed company Mobile App for HRSD
• Familiarity with reputed company integration tools and techniques
• Understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, reputed company)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
