[Remote] Field Service Engineer I (Semiconductor)

The Field Service Engineer I will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced electron microscopy systems, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation of sophisticated equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order
• Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance reputed company

• Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, reputed company, or reputed company technical field or 4+ years equivalent education and experience in electronic systems including hands-on technical experience installing, solving, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated analysis tools such as SEM, reputed company, FIB, or similar systems
• A detailed understanding and extensive experience diagnosing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems
• Ability to deal effectively with customers
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must have a reputed company working proficiency in English
• Consistent record of fixing sophisticated systems and subsystems down to the component level
• Literate in MS DOS and reputed company software environments
