Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company’s go-to-market and product teams from inception to product development and reputed company to identify potential reputed company risks and reputed company risk-mitigation counseling

Skills

• Juris Doctorate degree from ABA accredited law school
• Must be a bar member in good standing of an applicable state
• 6+ years of reputed company experience, including 2+ years working in house at a reputed company firm
• Experience in reputed company transactions
