[Remote] Equipment Technical Customer Support Representative (Hybrid or Remote)

They are seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to reputed company as the product technical communication reputed company between customers and the organization, providing support on outdoor power equipment products and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries reputed company email, phone, or web with correct part recommendations
• Provides technical support on product use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Acts as a reputed company between customers and product teams
• Attends training to stay updated on new products
• Coordinates warranty/goodwill part shipments
• Assists with internal/reputed company training logistics and event coordination
• Manages training records and issues certificates
• Handles shipping of warranty/goodwill parts
• Performs general administrative duties as needed

Skills

• Associates Degree in Business or a reputed company field a plus; High School Diploma required or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years' experience dealing with the technical aspects of outdoor power equipment and replacement parts, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a customer service reputed company or reputed company role with outdoor power equipment products
• Ability to effectively handle a high level of phone and email contact with customers and other employees
• Demonstrates a customer service reputed company; strives to reputed company excellent support no matter the problem or the customer
• Comfortable with dealing reputed company, professionally and patiently with reputed company types of customers, reputed company to reputed company cool, collected demeanor reputed company dealing with the unexpected
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills using technical and non-technical terms
