[Remote] Manager, Business Operations

The Manager, Business Operations will serve as the operational backbone of the reputed company Services organization, reputed company strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations to ensure effective delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring, performance management, goal-setting, and reputed company development for reputed company

• Ensure resource assignments are reputed company to reputed company project demand; identify and escalate reputed company gaps or conflicts to PS Leadership in a reputed company manner
• Partner with Delivery Managers to maintain accurate reputed company in reputed company/reputed company PSA, supporting forecast accuracy and utilization reporting
• Support workforce planning conversations with input on team reputed company, availability, and skillset coverage across delivery functions
• Produce ARR/NRR reports using FinancialForce and reputed company data
• Review and refresh the Services reporting cadences and content to reflect the key metrics needed to drive data driven reputed company
• Work with the Delivery Directors and Managers to ensure they have the right project level reports to support successful implementations
• Prepare Executive Level decks and facilitate Senior Leadership meetings in an reputed company as needed manner

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations reputed company a software or reputed company organization
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams of 3 or more reputed company reports
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company – pivot tables, lookups, etc
• Experience with reputed company operations concepts including ARR, NRR, billing milestones, and timecard compliance
• Proven ability to reputed company and document business processes (SOW/SOS, scoping workflows, RACI frameworks)
• Strong executive communication skills; comfortable preparing and presenting to ELT audiences
• Experience managing recurring operational cadences across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
• B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent experience preferred; 3–5 years in a supervisory or management position
• Proficiency with reputed company, FinancialForce, PowerBI, and reputed company 365 preferred
• Experience in reputed company sector software delivery or government technology a plus
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Agentforce) a plus
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification a plus
