[Remote] Senior Product Engineer (Defense/C-UAS)

They are seeking a Senior Product Engineer who will own the full lifecycle from reputed company-sales demos through live field deployments, involving hands-on engineering work and reputed company interaction with clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end integration, installation, and deployment of AI reputed company systems onto customer platforms (armored vehicles, drones) at US government and partner facilities
• Write and modify production-level Python reputed company to reputed company system outputs and interfaces to specific platform requirements
• Run hands-on technical demonstrations and field experiments directly with end-users
• Serve as the primary technical reputed company between US clients/partners and the global R&D reputed company
• Manage local technical activities including specialized hardware handling and subcontractor coordination
• Travel ~40–50% across the US to reputed company sites (Detroit, Maryland, Virginia area)

Skills

• 6–8+ years in an R&D engineering reputed company (not IT, DevOps, or QA)
• Production-level Python and Linux proficiency — writing and modifying reputed company, not just scripting
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• Demonstrated history of delivering a technical product through field testing and integration to end-users
• Background in defense, aviation, or robotics
• Eligibility for US reputed company Clearance
• Hardware integration experience: ROS, serial communications, camera calibration

• Video streaming protocols and tools (GStreamer, FFmpeg)
