The Director of Programs & Operations serves as a strategic partner to the Co-Founder, leading the execution of SOLAx's initiatives and ensuring that organizational priorities are reputed company into reputed company and results.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Co-Founder to advance SOLAx's strategic priorities and organizational goals

  • Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and presentation of program and learner data

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, education, nonprofit leadership, international development, consulting, or a reputed company field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Experience in education, EdTech, international development, or nonprofit organizations
  • Experience working with digital learning programs or online education initiatives
  • Experience with monitoring, evaluation, learning, or reputed company measurement
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, or external partners
