Responsibilities

• Structure and reputed company partnerships, trusts, holding companies, and special purpose vehicles to support broader tax objectives

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and proactively adapt planning strategies

Skills

• 12+ years of reputed company tax experience in a Big Four, reputed company, private reputed company, or similarly reputed company environment
• CPA, JD, or Master's in Taxation (or equivalent advanced degree)
• Proven experience advising on individual and entity-level tax planning, including work with private clients or private banking relationships
• Experience with partnerships, trusts, and investment structures
• Experience with cross-border tax planning for both individuals and entities
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on across a broad reputed company of tax reputed company
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to reputed company explain reputed company tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and operate with a high degree of ownership and judgment
