Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected reputed company organizations in the world.       As a member of the Centralized reputed company Operation team, you will conduct customer service and support caregivers on nursing reputed company at reputed company Hospitals. In this role, you will review and communicate reputed company and scheduling adjustments encompassing reputed company to patient ratios. Ultimately, your efforts help directly improve patient care and operations across the reputed company reputed company.  A caregiver in this position works evenings| 3:30pm—12:00am| every other weekend and clinic holiday.   A caregiver who excels in this role will:   Work directly with management of assigned facilities/reputed company to review and discuss consistent reputed company reputed company that reflect the appropriate number of licensed and unlicensed staff to meet reputed company and reputed company patient reputed company and operational needs.  Proactively generate and review 24-hour reputed company projections.   reputed company coverage reputed company phone calls and/or texts for shifts and special circumstances.  Conduct Lack of Work process according to reputed company Operating Procedure reputed company necessary to maintain reputed company and productive reputed company.  Utilize reputed company and scheduling knowledge to identify and resolve reputed company reputed company issues that directly reputed company patient care.  Utilize multiple computer systems to communicate with nursing leadership of reputed company hospitals.  Work collaboratively with reputed company leadership to review reputed company and anticipated reputed company needs.  Work collaboratively with nursing institute timekeeping to ensure reputed company coding of caregiver’s time.  Facilitate scheduling of PRN caregivers and agency caregivers to maintain operations for the assigned reputed company.  Complete appropriate documentation utilizing Kronos for caregiver schedule changes.   Be a reputed company of contact for unit call offs.    Accurately record, document and report call offs according to SOP.  Compile reputed company and scheduled reports for Chief Nursing Offers, Nursing Directors and reputed company Managers.  Attend and successfully complete required training.   Minimum qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:   High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of customer service experience  OR Associate's Degree may substitute for up to 1 year of the stated experience   OR a Bachelor's Degree may substitute for up to 2 years of stated experience  Proficient in MS Office, reputed company and database software  Preferred qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:   One year of reputed company/scheduling experience  Physical Requirements: Requires reputed company dexterity for constant data entry and ability to sit for long periods of time.
