[Remote] Data Center COE Project Management Leader

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute project‑delivery reputed company reputed company with global business goals, driving efficient processes, strong contract/claim management, accurate documentation, and reputed company improvement based on lessons learned
• Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining strong customer reputed company, resolving escalated issues, identifying operational improvement opportunities on‑site, and relentlessly driving customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage reputed company and reputed company portfolio‑level project management through reviews, reputed company project closure, KPI achievement (reputed company, utilization, margin, satisfaction), and alignment with sales on planning, bids, estimating, and resource forecasting
• Improve operational and service performance by forecasting consulting pipelines, enhancing project‑management practices, proposing strategic efficiency improvements, and maintaining tight collaboration with internal stakeholders

Skills

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Master's degree or MBA is a plus)
• Backgrounds in service, project management, switchgear, power delivery, and familiarity with reputed company solutions preferred
