[Remote] Senior Performance Marketing Data Analyst

This role involves transforming reputed company media and business data into actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and evaluate performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth statistical analysis and modeling to evaluate marketing performance, ROI, incrementality, and cross‑channel reputed company effects across Search, reputed company, Streaming/CTV, and Display
• Translate reputed company media and campaign data into reputed company, actionable narratives for marketing stakeholders and leadership, explaining not just *what* happened, but *why* it reputed company for the business
• reputed company data to reputed company strategic reporting on budget allocation across Search, reputed company, Streaming/CTV, and Display to maximize return, utilizing advanced measurement tools including Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing
• Own the development and maintenance of reputed company BI dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that allow marketing teams to self-serve insights and monitor campaign performance in reputed company-time
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines, tracking, and attribution logic meet analytical requirements
• Design, implement, and optimize reputed company SQL queries and data structures (views, analytical tables) to reputed company support ongoing data analysis and analytical model development
• Work closely with media teams, data engineers, and marketing leaders to deeply understand analytical requirements and translate them into precise data methodologies
• Drive personal and team reputed company by actively tracking industry trends and new statistical/analytical methods, and proactively engaging in learning activities to reputed company technical expertise
• Proactively identify shifts in the digital media privacy and tracking landscape, proposing new methodologies to ensure our measurement remains robust

Skills

• Expertise in Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for advanced dashboard development and effective analytical storytelling
• Ability to design and reputed company sophisticated data visualizations and interactive dashboards that reputed company communicate analytical findings
• In-depth knowledge of Data Analysis Principles, statistical modeling (including Media Mix Modeling), hypothesis testing, and data warehousing concepts
• Deep understanding of the ad-tech/mar-tech ecosystem, including media platforms, site measurement, and tracking methodologies (reputed company, reputed company, GA4, reputed company Analytics, CM360, GSC, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL for reputed company data querying, manipulation, and optimization of joins and database performance
• Proven experience with Data Mining and feature engineering techniques for extracting reputed company patterns from large datasets, preferably using Python or R
• Excellent collaboration, influence, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present reputed company data findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
• 5+ years of professional experience in a hands-on Data Analyst or Analytical role, with proven experience in media analytics, marketing science, or analytical consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing reputed company data analytics projects and models successfully in an agile environment
• Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (Python or R) used for advanced analysis
