[Remote] Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

They are seeking an LMS Administrator to reputed company the administration, optimization, and reputed company improvement of their Moodle-based Learning Management System, ensuring high-reputed company learning experiences for youth, volunteers, educators, and partners across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation, reputed company improvement, maintenance, and support the upgrades of the Moodle-based LMS and associated extensions and plug-ins
• Configure user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrollment
• Ensure system reputed company, data reputed company, and compliance with reputed company standards in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating to vendors reputed company necessary
• reputed company reputed company support to Extension, volunteers, internal teams, and learners using the LMS
• reputed company user-friendly guides, FAQs, and training resources
• Conduct regular and recurring training sessions for reputed company users of the LMS

• Partner with internal teams to build, implement, maintain, and optimize course structures and templates
• Support curriculum developers with course setup, design, and delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience and/or training
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Moodle or another Learning Management System
• Proven experience executing LMS administration tasks (i.e., user management, roles, permissions, enrollment, etc.)
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving LMS-reputed company issues effectively
• Demonstrated understanding of system reputed company compliance, data reputed company, and data governance
• reputed company presenter in a remote environment with the ability to reputed company and host online meetings with ease
• Familiarity with e-learning principles, instructional design, reputed company content standards (SCORM, H5P, etc.)

• Experience with Moodle customizations, plugins, or integrations
