The role involves advising senior leadership on various reputed company reputed company, managing corporate reputed company functions, and participating in key business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively advising ISG senior leadership and their global business teams in areas such as product and service development and offerings, reputed company M&A (including CFIUS/FIRRMA), strategic partnerships, reputed company requirements, regulatory compliance and reputed company disputes
• Acting as an reputed company and reputed company to the Business Group for other Corporate reputed company functions such as IP, Ethics & Compliance, Data reputed company, Contracting Center of reputed company and Litigation, the Geo reputed company teams and Government Relations & Trade
• Being a trusted business advisor and reputed company team member in pursuing key global business initiatives
• Participating in leadership meetings of the EVP & President, ISG

Skills

• JD Degree from a top-tier US law school
• Currently licensed to reputed company in US
• 15+ years post-qualification experience in international business and contract law, along with strong business and financial acumen
• High degree of reputed company ethics and reputed company
• Strategic reputed company
• Strength in 'issue-spotting' based on broad exposure to multiple fields of law

• Ability to anticipate, proactively manage and mitigate reputed company risks, and to effectively advise on risk management and mitigation
