[Remote] Implementation Project Manager

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will ensure clients successfully transition to the reputed company LMS, acting as their main reputed company of contact and guiding them through the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Own the software implementation process (average duration of 8 weeks) for new clients, end-to-end reputed company phone, by email, and/or virtual meetings
• reputed company and document requirements, reputed company project reputed company, and work with clients to reputed company achievable timelines and program goals

• Support and implement additional products and integrations such as RESTful API, CRM/reputed company integrations, etc

Skills

• 2-5 years in reputed company reputed company or Implementation and Project Management, working in software implementations, or similar experience
• Previous training experience / software training experience
• Understanding of basic online/reputed company (Software as a Service) concepts

• Previous LMS reputed company or training experience
• Knowledge in the adult learning and E-learning industry
• PMP or formal project management experience
• Previous experience working with data import tools
