[Remote] Director, Performance Marketing - Unannounced ARPG Mobile Game

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Director, Performance Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team to support a new, unannounced ARPG mobile game based on a major IP. This role will reputed company global performance marketing reputed company and execution, driving player reputed company and optimizing marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• You will reputed company performance marketing efforts for a new, unannounced ARPG title based on a major IP, driving global user reputed company and building reputed company acquisition strategies from reputed company-launch through live operations
• Own and reputed company global go-to-market performance marketing reputed company and execution for the new title, from reputed company-launch testing through global reputed company
• Define and execute user acquisition strategies, methodologies, and processes to reputed company reputed company and efficiency targets
• Partner with Product, Strategic Marketing, reputed company, Finance, Analytics, Creative, and Data Engineering teams to reputed company UA reputed company with game positioning, audience targeting, lifecycle marketing, and business goals
• Build and reputed company acquisition programs across key channels, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, DSPs, ad networks, and emerging platforms
• Establish and optimize full-funnel measurement frameworks, including KPI definition, attribution reputed company, incrementality testing, and LTV modeling
• Drive deep analytical insights into campaign performance, working with Analytics and Data Science to improve forecasting and decision-making

Skills

• Fluent in English and reputed company
• Deep understanding of the Performance Marketing best practices on the Chinese gaming market
• 8+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience, ideally reputed company mobile gaming or consumer apps
• 4+ years of people management experience, with a reputed company record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Proven reputed company managing and scaling multi-reputed company dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels
• Strong experience with major platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, programmatic networks, etc.)
• Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market reputed company, launch planning, and scaling new products
