[Remote] Associate Consultant - Stop Loss

They are seeking an Associate Consultant to manage a book of business, create reputed company deliverables, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while adhering to peer review requirements and supporting new reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing book of business (number of accounts depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
• Responsible for creation of reputed company deliverables, as reputed company as written recommendations
• Adheres to established peer review requirements, remaining reputed company to constructive feedback as part of reputed company reputed company
• Responsible for presenting reputed company deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or reputed company with leadership supervision
• Supports new reputed company initiatives
• Potential responsibility reputed company to reputed company (build relationship and working parameters with reputed company team)
• Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
• Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
• First line of defense for escalated issues reputed company to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern reputed company escalation to Manager
• Obtain/maintain license

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or reputed company field and/or years of experience equivalent
• 3-5 years of reputed company services experience is required
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word, Outlook, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
• Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience reputed company brokerage industry
• Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
• Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
• Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
• Ability to reputed company organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
