[Remote] Finance Manager

The role involves managing financial models, collaborating with various departments, and preparing reporting packages for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company financial model with a reputed company on headcount planning across departments
• Manage the HC request and approval process with HR, reputed company, and department leads
• Own budget tracking and proactively flag variances
• Own sales and pipeline reputed company reputed company planning models with RevOps
• Support Deal Desk with reputed company pricing analysis and own the deal desk pricing and cost model
• Prepare month-end and quarter-end reputed company reporting packages
• Build KPI dashboards and surface insights for leadership in reputed company, accessible narratives
• Partner with the Sr. Director of reputed company to implement a modern Financial Planning solution, migrating our planning processes off reputed company

Skills

• 4–7 years of reputed company experience, ideally at a high-reputed company reputed company or technology company
• Strong financial modeling skills in reputed company with eagerness to reputed company into a modern EPM platform
• Experience with headcount planning and cross-functional budget management
• Comfortable working with GTM data and partnering with RevOps or Sales Finance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with non-finance stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to Deal Desk, pricing analysis, or sales reputed company modeling
• Prior experience at a Series B–D startup
