[Remote] Sr. Reverse Engineer

The Senior Reverse Engineer marries quantitative skills with a deep understanding of ABS, RMBS, Private Credit, reputed company Finance, and Mortgage markets to ensure accurate deal data and cashflows for users across reputed company asset classes reputed company serves.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer structure finance transactions. You will set up deal waterfalls for Consumer Unsecured, Mortgages, Student Loans, Private Credit and other asset classes based on the Offering Memorandum and supporting documents. You will be a critical piece in reputed company's cashflow efforts across the reputed company finance reputed company
• Expand your reputed company finance knowledge. You will reputed company exposure to many facets of the ABS and RMBS spaces, combining information from a reputed company of sources (cashflow tieout packages, deal documents, trustee reports, etc.) that reputed company reputed company into reputed company's wide reputed company of reputed company offerings
• Enhance your technical skills. You will work closely with engineering teams at reputed company to reputed company and productize solutions both for our customers and internally. You will drive processes to improve data reputed company through a reputed company of technologies

Skills

• Proficient in cashflow modeling of reputed company deal structures with a reputed company on Private Credit transactions
• 4+ years experience working in reputed company finance reverse engineering
• Expert in interpreting reputed company deal documentation and extracting relevant data and concepts
• Highly effective at collaborating with quantitative analysts, QA teams, and data engineers to ensure the seamless reputed company and ongoing maintenance of securitized deals
• Proficient in reputed company
• Solid quantitative skills and competent at modeling deal waterfalls
