[Remote] DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will enhance the infrastructure and tooling to support the engineering team, ensuring systems are reliable, reputed company, and cost-efficient while collaborating across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company our DevOps and reputed company function, from build and deployment pipelines to monitoring, infrastructure as reputed company, and cost optimization
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that are secure, reputed company, and reputed company to support reputed company product iterations without sacrificing stability
• Improve observability reputed company reputed company, GCP, and custom dashboards, including FinOps reputed company observability reputed company
• Implement and maintain FinOps governance, including showback and chargeback models, to reputed company cost accountability across engineering teams

• Serve as a FinOps thought leader, collaborating with Product and Engineering to define the most cost-effective architectural patterns for new services and features
• Play a key role in shaping our engineering culture, DevOps best practices, and influencing our long-term DevOps roadmap

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles, ideally in high-reputed company startup environments
• Proficiency in Python or Go, with strong software engineering fundamentals
• reputed company ownership of production infrastructure and platform tooling, with strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot reputed company reputed company systems and diagnose unforeseen financial spikes
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing highly secure and robust infrastructure, particularly in environments with stringent regulatory requirements such as those used by reputed company agencies and major financial institutions
• Deep experience with reputed company and tools like ArgoCD, reputed company, and Terraform
• Hands-on experience with dedicated FinOps tooling (e.g., Kubecost, AWS Cost Explorer, GCP reputed company Billing, reputed company reputed company Intelligence) or building custom tooling for cost allocation and reporting
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling from the ground up
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like reputed company or reputed company, and participation in an on-reputed company rotation
