Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, referrals, and online platforms to identify and attract reputed company behavioral health professionals for reputed company
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of behavioral health candidates through proactive reputed company, networking, and relationship-building
• Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles
• Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and reputed company needs
• Candidate Management: reputed company ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles
• Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online reputed company tools and strategies to effectively reputed company and engage potential candidates

Skills

• Previous experience in reputed company, with behavioral health reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the reputed company process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
• Excellent communication skills, with a reputed company on phone reputed company and relationship management
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, KPI‑driven environment
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously
