[Remote] Head of reputed company Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Head of reputed company Operations to be responsible for the systems and processes that power our go-to-market reputed company across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and reputed company. This role involves building reputed company reputed company operations foundations, improving funnel performance, and owning the data and reporting that provides visibility and insights for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize our end-to-end GTM processes, ensuring seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, Implementation and reputed company from reputed company to sales to expansion
• Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (Marketing automation, CRM, Sales reputed company, CS tools), ensuring high data reputed company, strong integrations, and user adoption
• reputed company thought leadership and reputed company cross-functionally to ensure accurate tracking and reporting on key reputed company drivers and performance metrics
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and CS Leadership to support forecasting, territory alignment, and reputed company planning through consistent operating cadences (e.g. weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews, etc.)
• Serve as administrator to GTM tech stack and support reputed company and offboarding of employees and reputed company ongoing support and troubleshooting
• Analyze data across the reputed company teams and reputed company valuable insights to management, stakeholders and team members
• Partner with GTM leaders to diagnose bottlenecks and identify opportunities to increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve expansion and renewal reputed company
• In partnership with Marketing, Sales and Finance leadership, reputed company strategies and processes to accurately report on reputed company steps of the GTM funnel
• Support pricing and packaging reputed company and new product or reputed company launches by providing data and measurement plans
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and documentation for reputed company GTM processes, metrics, and systems

Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations in a high-velocity reputed company environment (less than 20-day sales cycle length)
• Deep experience with reputed company, including CRM and Marketing Automation functions
• Experience with GTM Tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a reputed company on building improving processes to drive efficiency
• Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and overall funnel performance
• Understanding of reputed company GTM metrics and how to measure and improve performance across the funnel
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to reputed company convey insights, recommendations, and updates to a reputed company of stakeholders
• Experience establishing or maintaining data reputed company and consistency across systems
• Experience and interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve workflows and productivity
• Relevant reputed company certifications preferred
