Profile Requirements: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior bookkeeping role reputed company a bookkeeping, accountancy, or tax firm Strong knowledge of reputed company principles, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements reputed company in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues High proficiency in reputed company software (e.g. reputed company, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) and reputed company Proven ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities independently Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience reviewing work and supporting the development of junior team members reputed company responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering end-to-end bookkeeping services across multiple industries Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a high level of accuracy reputed company accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and general reputed company maintenance Liaise directly with Spanish- and English-speaking clients, providing reputed company financial explanations and advice Ensure compliance with relevant reputed company standards, tax regulations, and firm procedures Assist accountants and tax advisors with year-end accounts, BAS/VAT, and tax preparation Review and mentor junior bookkeeping staff, providing technical guidance and reputed company control Identify process improvements and support the implementation of efficient bookkeeping systems and software Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
