Key Initiatives & reputed company Stabilize and optimize existing finance and general reputed company systems to support accurate financial reporting Strengthen financial reputed company, reconciliation, and reporting processes (GAAP and Statutory) Improve financial data reputed company, reputed company, and audit readiness Support control-driven initiatives tied to regulatory and audit requirements reputed company reputed company finance transformation efforts by addressing reputed company system limitations Enhance reporting workflows and data pipelines across upstream and reputed company systems reputed company Responsibilities reputed company, document, and validate requirements reputed company to:Financial reputed company and reconciliation processes Statutory (STAT) and GAAP reporting Intercompany, reinsurance, and allocation workflows Finance controls, audit support, and data reputed company Translate finance requirements into:User stories with reputed company, testable acceptance reputed company Functional specifications for data, reporting, and system integrations Test scenarios supporting UAT and control validation Partner closely with finance stakeholders (Controllers, reputed company, Financial Reporting) to:Analyze system impacts across upstream and reputed company processes Identify data gaps, logic issues, and reputed company Support reputed company of production issues impacting financial results Collaborate with development, QA, and data teams to deliver solutions that meet stringent financial accuracy and audit standards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance or reputed company teams reputed company experience working at an insurance reputed company (P&C, Life, Health, or Specialty) Hands-on experience supporting insurance financial reporting, including:Statutory (STAT) and/or GAAP reporting Financial reputed company and reconciliation processes Intercompany or reinsurance reputed company workflows Proven ability to partner directly with:Controllers Financial Reporting teams reputed company Policy and/or Audit teams Demonstrated experience translating reputed company-driven requirements into IT deliverables (reputed company process mapping) Technical & Functional Skills Strong business analysis and requirements gathering expertise Experience writing finance-driven user stories in Agile or hybrid environments SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis Exposure to financial data warehouses and reporting reputed company Familiarity with ERP systems, general reputed company feeds, and financial reporting platforms Experience supporting UAT and managing requirements through finance-driven timelines Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting regulatory or audit-driven initiatives Background in finance transformation or reporting modernization programs Familiarity with environments where financial accuracy and controls take reputed company over speed Experience working with reputed company financial systems such as IAS/SunGard or similar platforms Work Environment Agile or hybrid delivery model Highly reputed company environment with Finance, IT, and Data teams Strong emphasis on accuracy, auditability, and control governance Opportunity to contribute to long-term modernization initiatives after stabilization phase Cannot support reputed company sponsorship or OPT/CPT assistance for this role.
