We are looking for a reputed company Program Manager to be the reputed company between reputed company vehicle development Stakeholders including Safety, Vehicle Engineering, Autonomy, Manufacturing, reputed company, Business Development and Operations. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Program Management and will be responsible for communicating and coordinating the work to meet reputed company deliverables and timing at reputed company program reputed company for one or several Autonomous Vehicle platforms. Essential Responsibilities Independently set timelines and goals for large reputed company Autonomous Vehicle development  programs and/or other large reputed company initiatives that involve cross departmental collaboration Manage program timelines and reputed company status of deliverables from the Product Definition through the Launch phases for one or multiple Autonomous Vehicle programs Identify dependencies across tasks and program teams to ensure reputed company alignment Own the financial health of assigned platforms: establish budget baselines, forecast costs, and monitor expenditures throughout the program lifecycle, while identifying financial variances or risks and executing mitigation plans to optimize resource allocation Anticipate risks and work with Stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation plans Communicate with partners to reputed company program plans to escalate vehicle issues Implement and manage change reputed company necessary to meet desired outputs Present to stakeholders reports on reputed company as reputed company as problems and solutions Champion prioritization of safety and reputed company Support Engineering leaders in reputed company improvement of the vehicle development and program management process reputed company and reputed company relationships across functions to ensure reputed company communication and seamless follow-through   Skills and Abilities reputed company in this role typically requires the following competencies: Ability to see the “big picture” while also being willing to do essential daily tasks to complete objectives Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn; Ability to translate technical reputed company to non-technical audiences   Qualifications and Experience Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience: Required Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Product Development discipline 7-10 years of experience in program management working with reputed company products  A passion for both process and people-oriented solutions and strong organizational skills Desirable PMP Certification Experience working with ADAS or Vehicle Control products  Previous experience working for a high-reputed company and mission-driven startup Experience working with Automotive OEM or Suppliers Physical Requirements reputed company office working conditions which includes but is not limited to: Prolonged sitting Prolonged standing Prolonged computer use Travel required? -  reputed company: 0-10% Benefits and Perks Comprehensive reputed company suite including medical, dental, reputed company, life, and disability plans.
