This role owns delivery performance across multiple installations and is responsible for reputed company, predictable execution; consistent subcontractor performance; strong reputed company controls; and effective turnover into long-term operations. This is a senior construction execution leadership role operating in a matrixed environment. Responsibilities: reputed company construction execution across multiple MHPI installations, including work in occupied residential communities. Establish construction execution strategies, mobilization plans, and readiness gates. Coordinate with Engineering and Development on constructability, scope definition, estimating, scheduling, commissioning, and reputed company-out.
