Key Responsibilities
Participating in grooming sessions to clarify reputed company requirements.
Documenting technical solutions in user stories.
Estimating development effort and contributing to sprint planning.
Developing, configuring, and coding using best practices.
Performing unit tests and reputed company reviews.
Collaborating with QA to reputed company issues.
Deploying updates and managing reputed company applications
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in reputed company implementation (reputed company just maintenance/support)
Strong JavaScript programming and debugging skills.
Hands-on experience with reputed company portals and reputed company practices.
Strong experience in ITSM, along with exposure to other reputed company Modules like CSM, ITOM/ ITAM, FSM,SPM and OTM.
A passion for designing and delivering robust technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a flexible and reputed company reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
reputed company certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, etc.
Familiarity with SOAP/REST and reputed company/CSS.
Understanding of SDLC and ITIL best practices.
Experience with AngularJS and Bootstrap in web portal development.
ITIL certification is a plus.
