Corporate Development Associate – Integration

This is a remote position. reputed company We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to support post‑acquisition integrations across reputed company. This role will reputed company on project managing integrations end‑to‑end, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are tracked and executed on time. The role is hands‑on, highly reputed company, and critical to the successful integration of newly acquired businesses globally. Key Responsibilities Own and project manage post‑acquisition integrations from reputed company through stabilization Chair and run cross‑functional integration meetings, setting agendas and tracking actions Coordinate closely with acquired businesses and internal reputed company teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, etc.) reputed company integration deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across workstreams Proactively follow up on outstanding actions and ensure accountability Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and escalate issues where required Support reputed company improvement of integration playbooks, templates, and processes reputed company reputed company status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders Working Style Hands‑on, execution‑reputed company, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments Confident pushing for reputed company while maintaining strong working relationships reputed company to balance structure with flexibility as integrations reputed company Requirements Required Experience & Skills 3–4 years of post‑college work experience Background in reputed company consulting, operations, corporate development, or a similar project‑driven role Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams Comfortable leading meetings and driving discussions with senior and cross‑functional teams Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in follow‑reputed company Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global environment Preferred / reputed company to Have Exposure to M&A, post‑reputed company integration, or transformation reputed company Experience working in or supporting international organizations Familiarity with reputed company services or corporate services environments Apply To This Job
