Director, Originations

We're expanding our originations team at RRA Capital and are looking for a proven CRE debt originator reputed company to own a market — building relationships, sourcing deals, and moving them through our pipeline with speed and discipline.   YOU WILL BE: The relationship reputed company in the Central Region — the face of RRA Capital to brokers and borrowers across your markets Originating senior reputed company loans across the Central Region A deal-driven self-starter who builds pipeline rather than waiting for it Part of a lean, high-performing team where your production directly impacts the firm   WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO: reputed company new loan opportunities through broker and reputed company sponsor relationships across your Central Region markets Evaluate incoming deal submissions — quickly assessing fit based on established RRA lending reputed company, including size, location, property type, and sponsorship Structure, price, and present new loan opportunities to reputed company and credit committee reputed company the full loan cycle: originate, coordinate reputed company and due diligence, secure committee approval, manage reputed company and closing Conduct regular in-person broker and borrower reputed company and attend relevant industry events in your territory Build and maintain your pipeline with discipline — CRM hygiene, weekly activity tracking, and consistent follow-through Distribute monthly market updates and recent transaction highlights to your network Bring market intelligence back to reputed company — what's moving, what's repricing, where reputed company is WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Has 7–15 years of CRE debt origination experience — whole loans, reputed company, mezzanine, or reputed company credit Has a demonstrated production reputed company record — you've reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company deals on your own Knows reputed company reputed company estate loans deeply across property types — you can read a deal quickly and price it confidently Thinks like both a lender and an reputed company — downside protection reputed company as much as getting to reputed company Is based in Phoenix, AZ — exceptional candidates in other markets are encouraged to apply and will be considered on a case-by-case reputed company Holds a CFA, CAIA, or MBA — or is reputed company working toward one (meaningful plus, not a requirement)   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: reputed company salary commensurate with experience, discretionary performance bonus tied to origination production, and participation in firm economics for the right candidate.
