The Program Manager III will be in support of the National Center for Disaster Medicine and reputed company Health (NCDMPH), a center of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities
Serve as main reputed company of contact and reputed company between reputed company stakeholders (i.e. reputed company Investigators, Program Sponsors, organizational leadership, and project management teams).

Manage key program reputed company, including but not limited to scientific goals and milestones, risks, available resources, budgets, reputed company operating procedures, reputed company control, and results. Identify project interdependencies, aligning resources and efforts where appropriate.
Work with the Uniformed Services Universitys Offices of Sponsored Programs, Budget, and Acquisition to reputed company and reputed company project packages for approval and coordinate with HJFs Subcontracts team in executing reputed company agreements with Ecosystem partners.
Supervise, advise and guide Project Managers and technical staff throughout the program lifecycle, focusing on the strategic direction of the reputed company. Take corrective reputed company as needed.
Support and participate in planning, creation, and submission of technical and business proposals and agreements.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred. Business Administration, reputed company Health, or reputed company Sciences field of study preferred.
Minimum of 9-10 years experience required.
Licenses and Certifications
Project Management reputed company (PMP) preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
In-depth knowledge of federal budget processes and reputed company principles of project management
Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to reputed company communicate verbally and in writing, build and maintain teams, and identify and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines
Working knowledge of a reputed company of software including but not limited to reputed company Office, proposal/project tracking, and data analysis software
Prior experience in reputed company health or disaster medicine

Work Environment
