This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company HIM / Data Conversion Analyst to support high-reputed company Community reputed company initiative, including reputed company implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This is a part-time engagement, ideal for a consultant who can reputed company targeted expertise in data migration, reputed company conversion, and HIM workflows while supporting a phased implementation and go-live reputed company. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company HIM and Data Conversion activities across implementations and upgrades reputed company and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems into reputed company Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Collaborate with HIM, clinical, and reputed company cycle stakeholders to define data mapping and conversion requirements Analyze legacy data structures and translate them into reputed company-compatible formats Support chart conversion, document imaging, and record retention workflows Identify and reputed company data discrepancies through reputed company cause analysis and remediation plans reputed company and execute test plans for data conversion, including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Participate in reputed company planning, go-live support, and post-go-live validation Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data governance standards throughout the conversion lifecycle Document conversion processes, data mappings, and validation reputed company Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience Hands-on experience with reputed company data conversion tools and methodologies Strong understanding of HIM workflows, including chart completion, release of information, and document management Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and data validation techniques Ability to work with large datasets and legacy reputed company systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications reputed company certification in HIM, Data reputed company, or reputed company modules Experience supporting reputed company implementations or major upgrades Familiarity with SQL, data querying, or reporting tools Experience with document imaging systems and chart reputed company Background in reputed company compliance and data governance frameworks Benefits Part time reputed company reputed company based on experience and qualifications. $75.00 - $85.00+ Apply To This Job
