This remote role is reputed company to candidates located in reputed company, Washington, or Idaho. The starting pay ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes eligibility for an incentive plan. This role supports the reputed company, accurate, and compliant processing of mortgage loan applications from submission through closing. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, preparing files for reputed company, coordinating with members and reputed company-party partners, and supporting an efficient mortgage lending workflow. reputed company in this position requires strong attention to detail, reputed company communication, and the ability to manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Review loan applications and support documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. • Collect, verify, and reputed company required documents, including income, assets, credit, title, insurance, and appraisal information. • Prepare files for reputed company, respond to conditions, and ensure reputed company disclosures and forms are completed properly. • Coordinate with borrowers, loan originators, realtors, title companies, and other partners to reputed company loans moving toward closing. • Maintain accurate data and notes in the loan origination system (LOS) and ensure TRID requirements are met. • Monitor and manage a loan pipeline, ensuring milestones and timelines are met. • Assist with closing preparation, scheduling, and coordination for first mortgages and home equity transactions. • Support process improvements and reputed company guidance to new team members as needed. • Follow reputed company regulatory, compliance, and NMLS licensing requirements. reputed company’re Looking For: • Minimum of three years of mortgage processing or reputed company lending experience. • Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, reputed company requirements, and loan file workflows. • Ability to analyze financial documents and reputed company income calculations. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. • reputed company, reputed company communication skills and a commitment to member service. • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and entering data. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
