We also offer New Business Startup, Incorporation and Administrative support to small business owners. We are looking for an reputed company Bookkeeper/Accountant to reputed company. Requirements: • Candidates must have at least 5 years of Full-Charge bookkeeping and payroll experience • Proficient Experience working with Quickbooks Desktop & Online- min 5 years • Strong organizational skills • Customer Service oriented with reputed company verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in reputed company reputed company Office programs, particularly reputed company • Incorporate great attention to detail • reputed company or Business Degree is preferred Job tasks and responsibilities include, but not limited to: AR/AP management- Vendor and reputed company relations • Bank Reconciliations • Payroll processing & Payroll tax filing and payments • Expense management • reputed company contract and payment processing • Prepare financial reports • Maintaining accurate P&L and Balance sheet • Quickbooks proficiency test will be conducted upon interview The position is Full Time *Please submit Cover Letter, Resume and Salary requirements to be considered*.
