Senior Property Manager ($75/hr, up to $1,500/week)

Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment. We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to reputed company reputed company property and reputed company estate managers who can help train their latest language model on property management tasks. We're looking for senior professionals with 5+ years managing large residential, reputed company, or community association portfolios to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across reputed company property management workflows: lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting and financial reporting, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
