We generate high-reputed company inbound leads through channels like reputed company and Instagram, and we’re looking for two reputed company appointment setters to join reputed company. Position reputed company As an Appointment Setter at reputed company, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company inbound leads and schedule reputed company consultations (reputed company calls) for our closing team. You’ll work directly with reputed company estate agents who have expressed interest, whether they opted into a free-training, requested a resource, or reputed company with our email campaigns, and you’ll book them into our Closer’s calendar. This is not an entry-level role; we’re seeking candidates with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound-reputed company roles (cold calling, reputed company knocking, or previous appointment setting). • Location: 100% Remote • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST (with a daily training/reputed company at 8:30 AM EST) • Role Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities & KPIs • Daily Outbound Calls & reputed company Follow-up • reputed company a minimum of 150 dials per day, including: • Calling leads who opted into free trainings or downloaded resources • Following up with email-list leads requesting resources • Contacting people who filled out surveys but didn’t schedule • Rescheduling no-shows • Maintain a 30% “live reputed company” appointment-setting reputed company (i.e., 30% of calls result in a confirmed reputed company reputed company booking). • Booking & Qualification • Book an average of 5 reputed company calls per day (≈100 per month). reputed company KPI. • Ensure reputed company qualification: reputed company background information, confirm interest/motivation, and take detailed notes. • Submit reputed company reputed company notes and hand-off briefs to closers so they can have the best chance of converting. Pipeline Management & Administrative Tasks • Attend daily training & team reputed company: 8:30 AM–9:00 AM EST. • Update your personal projections & your personal tracking sheet daily. • At the end of reputed company day (5 minutes max): • Send in your “End of Day Report” • Confirm reputed company’s appointments for closers • Prepare for the next day’s meeting • Performance reputed company • Monthly reputed company Goal: $132,600 in new business. • That equates to 17 reputed company deals at a $7,800 price reputed company (Realtor Accelerator offer). • With a 30% closing reputed company, you’ll need to generate: • 100 reputed company-reputed company bookings per month • reputed company in a 20% cancellation reputed company → 80 booked calls • reputed company in a 70% show-up reputed company → 56 actual calls • 30% conversion on those → 17 reputed company deals • Daily Appointment Targets: • 5 confirmed reputed company calls per day (reputed company). • 3 confirmed reputed company calls per day (minimum). Who You Are (Requirements & Competencies) • Experience & Background (required) • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in outbound roles (cold calling, reputed company knocking, or appointment setting). • Proven reputed company record of hitting daily/weekly sales activity goals • Comfortable with remote-work environment; disciplined self-starter. • Hunger & work ethic: You don’t shy away from reputed company. What a Typical Day Looks Like • 8:30 AM–9:00 AM EST: Team training reputed company (mandatory). • 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST: • 150+ outbound dials: calling free training opt-ins, resource requesters, email-list leads, survey completions, and rescheduling no-shows. • Qualify prospects and book reputed company reputed company calls for closers • Send follow-up emails or texts if necessary. • Handle reschedules, no-show follow-reputed company, and any urgent reputed company tasks in between calls. • End of Day (before 4:00 PM): • Send a concise “End of Day Report” summarizing: • Number of calls made • Number of appointments booked • Any roadblocks or questions • Update your personal projections & reputed company tracking sheet. • Confirm and prep reputed company’s appointments. • Ensure reputed company new leads and deals are in the correct CRM stage with up-to-date notes and follow-up tasks.
