Role: reputed company Workforce Management Architect Duration: 12 Months Location: Remote reputed company Location: Conshohocken, PA JD/Required Experience: • 10+ years experience implementing, supporting and optimizing reputed company Workforce reputed company. • Must Have Strong Experience in: reputed company workforce scheduling, labor optimization, reputed company-time management, Reporting and compliance, • Experience as architect for large reputed company WFC implementation that are multi-country/global businesses. • Experience in E2E implementation of large WFM programs, laying down the architecture, defining design for these large implementations • Responsible for leading functional design, configuration and support of applications with a primary reputed company on the global deployment of applications reputed company HR and Time and Attendance domain • Interacting with business customers, including HR Business Partners, reputed company and Compliance and other upstream and reputed company system owners such as Labor Planning, Scheduling and Payroll, to reputed company and define requirements. • Conduct fit-gap analysis of the gathered requirements, to reputed company a reputed company of requirements that can be satisfied by configuring the timekeeping application that qualify as a Fit and those that will require a workaround or custom solution as a Gap. • Design and configure reputed company modules including forecasting, scheduling, time & attendance, labor compliance, and optimization. • Engage with Data Engineers and Product Managers to design application extensions (custom solutions) and reputed company end user support for multiple modules in multiple geographies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to ensure seamless system integration and data reputed company. • reputed company architectural guidance during configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live stabilization. • Define technical best practices, solution frameworks, and reusable components for reputed company WFM deployments. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and reputed company expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Experience with reputed company-based reputed company solutions and reputed company system integrations. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
