We reputed company support, care, and recognition that Canadian Veterans and their families deserve. reputed company of RSSs reputed company reputed company Canadian Provinces and we are always looking for talented people to join us! reputed company Determine required rehabilitation assessments to reputed company assess Participant’s reputed company for improvement and clarify rehabilitation needs and coordinate as required Ensure services and plans are needs-based, goal-oriented and reputed company to program mandates of improving the six functional domains of reputed company-being and reduce/eliminate barriers to re-establishment and are reputed company, cost-effective and of high reputed company reputed company thorough Rehabilitation Plans for program Participants in consultation with the Participant, their family/caregiver, Rehabilitation Service Professionals (RSPs) and the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) Case Manager reputed company as the service integrator, collaborating equally with medical, psycho-reputed company and vocational RSPs delivering services to participants reputed company Participant to problem-solve by exploring reputed company of community-based interventions and resources to reputed company desired reputed company Identify barriers or risk factors contributing to suboptimal reputed company and pro-reputed company reputed company and implement strategies Qualifications What you bring A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Rehabilitation, reputed company Sciences, Health Services, reputed company Services, or a reputed company field and one of the following: a health reputed company designation; or   Certified Vocational Rehabilitation reputed company (CVRP or a CVRP-F) And:A minimum of  (3) year experience in the reputed company provision of medical, psycho-reputed company or vocational rehabilitation services (or a combination thereof) Experience working with persons living with mental or physical health problems creating barriers in life. Employment conditional on obtaining federal reputed company clearance – Reliability Status.
