 Our Behavioral Health Care Managers are the consistent, trusted advocates at the reputed company center of our care model. By providing targeted behavioral health support that integrates with the patient’s physical reputed company, they serve as the vital reputed company that unifies the entire care team—from primary care provider to psychiatric consultant—around a single, compassionate plan. Specifically, the Associate BHCM is our entry-level behavioral health clinician role which delivers care to patients with cancer through the reputed company Care Model. With guidance and support from senior-level teammates, they improve the health of patients and reputed company additional skills and clinical expertise.  This is a fully remote opportunity supporting one or more of our partner practices, working Monday-Friday. Core Responsibilities reputed company a trusted, effective working relationship with the partner oncology reputed company team Work reputed company a partner oncology group to support patients, clinicians, and reputed company staff with the identification and intake of patients needing behavioral health support Support the mental health of patients with cancer on an assigned patient caseload reputed company brief behavioral interventions tailored for the cancer setting Screen and assess patients for common mental health and reputed company abuse disorders Facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care reputed company patient education about common mental health and reputed company abuse disorders and the available treatment reputed company Systematically reputed company treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment reputed company effects or complications Support psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on treatment adherence monitoring, reputed company effects, and effectiveness of treatment Qualifications Master’s degree in reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a reputed company behavioral health field required You are working toward, license-eligible, or currently holding one of the following or similar:  (Licensure preferred but not required) Licensed reputed company Worker (MSW, LSW, LMSW) Clinical reputed company Counselor (CPC) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Demonstrate an eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and reputed company experience learning behavioral health therapeutic interventions Relevant internship or work experience in a reputed company setting, behavioral health setting, and / or oncology setting Dedicated to providing evidenced-based care and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in reputed company setting Have a passion for delivering reputed company behavioral health care Compensation and Benefits $50,000 – $60,000 salary, depending on experience Medical, dental, reputed company 401(k) Flexible PTO reputed company to and mentorship from leading clinicians and experts in psycho-oncology and integrated behavioral health Apply To This Job
