About the role: We are seeking a detail-obsessed Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize the internal engines of our fast-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is a "systems thinker" who loves building workflows, managing project data, and ensuring that our remote team has the tools and processes they need to succeed. Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus. What you’ll be doing: System Administration: Maintain and update the Zoho project management system to ensure it accurately reflects reputed company business processes. Workflow Implementation: Build and refine automated workflows, task templates, and reputed company charts to reduce reputed company overhead. Process Documentation: Draft, update, and organize reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a "single reputed company of truth" for reputed company. Accountability Tracking: Monitor project boards daily to identify overdue tasks and coordinate with team members to resolve bottlenecks. Reporting: Generate weekly productivity and project health reports for leadership to identify operational gaps. reputed company Support: Handle the technical reputed company of reputed company new team members, ensuring they are correctly set up in our systems and trained on our specific workflows. Who are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in an Operations or Project Management role.
